RAD Cohort

The RAD cohort is a partnership accelerator that supports youth of plural identities from across Canada to explore the intersections between climate justice, radical collaboration, and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

RAD TOOLKIT

The RAD Collab toolkit is a creative product of Youth Climate Lab’s RAD Cohort as well as an emergent collection of insights and brilliance from the YCL team over the years. The concept of radical collaboration is a guiding compass that offers us a way into effective and wide-reaching collaboration strategies towards climate action and justice. This toolkit is an open invitation for deeper reflections on how we collaborate and who we collaborate with — a space for the integration of lessons and values that we hope will guide radical climate and SDG efforts.

This toolkit was designed and co-created with Rae Landriau of Create Change Collective (@createchangecollective). We’d like to extend our thanks to YCL’s Co Founders Dominique Souris and Ana Gonzalez Guerrero for the language and spirit of radical collaboration captured in this toolkit, as well as the creative support of Mariana Salazar and John Beckles.

This work is funded by the Government of Canada’s Sustainable Development Goals Program, and has been made possible thanks to our partners, Alliance 2030 and the Community Foundations of Canada.
