All of our programs are guided in design by our three shifts: skills, policy and finance.

 

SKILLS SHIFT

Equipping youth to create the climate futures they deserve. We help them hone their skills to become creative leaders, systems thinkers, radical collaborators and creative problem solvers who can lead collective action, implement community - driven climate solutions and thrive in an age of uncertainty.

POLICY SHIFT

Designing spaces and projects that foster meaningful and disruptive collaborations to create policy solutions anchored in intergenerational equity. Through art-based approaches to build empathy and amplifying important narratives we aim to facilitate policy dialogues in new ways

FINANCE SHIFT

Fostering new pathways to catalyze finance and scale youth-led ideas everywhere. By convening an ecosystem of support we aim to develop innovative financing mechanisms to build the capacity of young climate leaders and entrepreneurs while also helping them to scale their transformative ideas.
