Abundance Fellowship Mentorship

Time Commitment: 1-4 hours per month for one year, starting in March 2025

To support our Abundance Fellowship fellows, we are launching the Youth Harbour Mentorship Program, seeking 50 individuals with professional or lived experience to mentor our Abundance fellows and alumni. The program will begin in March 2025, and a mentor roster will be shared as a resource for our young grantees to receive guidance and insights for their climate leadership.

Internal Structures, Policies, and Legal Compliance
The Blue Futures Pathways (BFP) Internship Program is designed to support youth in Canada aged 18-35 as they learn about and explore careers in the Sustainable Blue Economy. The program offers youth access to four key resources:
Learning materials focused on the Sustainable Blue Economy;
Mentorship with industry, not-for-profit, and/or educational professionals;
Free training workshops;
Potential funding
The BFP Internship Program will help youth develop work-ready skills for careers in the ocean and fresh water sectors and prepare them to dive into hands-on internship opportunities.
